Right of Withdrawal for Online Orders

As a general rule, consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract for online orders within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Vintage and Used Goods

For vintage and used goods, we offer no voluntary right of return or exchange beyond the statutory right of withdrawal. After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, we do not voluntarily accept returns or exchanges of these goods.

The statutory right of withdrawal and statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected. We describe and photograph the condition, known signs of wear, and visible defects as concretely as possible before purchase.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract effectively, we will refund the payments received by you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have dispatched the goods.

You bear the direct costs of return, provided you have been properly informed about them.

Compensation for Loss of Value

Compensation may be due for a loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect the condition, characteristics, and functioning of the goods and the statutory requirements for this are met.
