Shipping & Delivery
We ship suitable items to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. Each item is carefully packed according to its size, material, and fragility – with tracking. We bear the risk of transport.
Shipping within Germany
- Standard parcel and fragile items up to 5 kg: €5.99
- Standard parcel and fragile items over 5 kg: €8.99
- Pictures & art in the corresponding shipping profile: €7.49
- Items with the shipping class "bulky goods": €79.99
- Pickup in Schmallenberg by appointment: free
Austria and other EU countries
The following weight brackets apply to regular parcel shipments to Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands:
- Up to 2 kg: €14.49
- Over 2 to 5 kg: €17.49
- Over 5 to 10 kg: €22.49
- Over 10 to 20 kg: €28.49
- Over 20 to 30 kg: €45.49
Switzerland
The stored base rates for regular parcel shipments are:
- Up to 2 kg: €19.49
- Over 2 to 5 kg: €26.99
- Over 5 to 10 kg: €34.99
- Over 10 to 20 kg: €48.99
- Over 20 to 30 kg: €62.99
For deliveries to Switzerland, Swiss VAT and courier fees may apply upon import. These are paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
If you order in a different currency, the checkout shows the converted shipping amount.
Ordering multiple items
Shipping costs depend on the total weight, delivery country, and the shipping profiles of your selection. For items from different shipping profiles, the shipping costs may be added together. You will see the full shipping amount in the checkout before final confirmation of the order.
When will my item arrive?
Available items are usually ready to ship within 4–5 business days. Within Germany, the parcel is then usually in transit for 1–2 business days. The date shown on the product page is an estimated arrival date for Germany. International orders may take longer to deliver. As soon as your parcel is with the shipping carrier, you will receive tracking information.
Pickup and large items
For items marked "Pickup only", parcel shipping is not possible. You will pick up your item at Wennegrund 20, 57392 Schmallenberg/Niederberndorf by appointment. Please arrange a suitable vehicle for large items.
For shippable bulky goods, the above-mentioned rate applies within Germany. International delivery is not available for a flat rate. Please inquire before purchase whether an individual delivery quote is available for the specific item.
